Community Action

Empowering youth to make a difference through local conservation projects, environmental education, and hands-on action.

Local Action. Lasting Impact.

Community Action gives young people the opportunity to make a difference right in their own neighborhoods. Through habitat restoration, beach cleanups, native planting projects, citizen science, environmental education, and urban wildlife conservation, kids gain hands-on experience protecting the places and species that make their communities unique.
We believe conservation starts close to home. By connecting young people with meaningful service projects and stewardship opportunities, we are helping build healthier communities, stronger environmental awareness, and the next generation of conservation leaders.

Have a Community Action Project Idea?

Do you have an idea for a local conservation, environmental stewardship, or community service project? We’d love to hear from you. From habitat restoration, wildlife protection, citizen science, environmental education, or another way to make a positive impact, Kids Saving Critters is always looking for new opportunities to help young people create change in their communities.
